Licorice wood. Otherwise known as licorice root or "sticky-lice".

Basically just a bit of wood that had a faint taste of licorice that you chewed on and sucked until you the realisation set in that this was the best you'll ever get being a pov.

Then despair, decades of despair...

Does anyone else remember Mary , Mungo & Midge?

I saw a book in a charity shop about these .....And all I can remember about them is Midge (the mouse) balancing on Mungo (dog) nose and pressing the lift button...

Loved that show when i was a kid,got it on dvd somewhere round the house for old times sake.

Remember being able to smoke upstairs on the bus.

First LP I bought was Squeeze, 'Cool For Cats'.

I now have grey pubic hairs ffs. I think that constitutes old.

Same album for me mate & smoking on the bus being normal, seems like it was from a different Century.....oh wait it was......ffs.
