Very rarely do you get a bad game of NFL.
I think that is testament to how the league remains competitive. Shame the Pats have had such a stretch of success, but hopefully that is changing now.

Loads of teams capable of winning the big prize

Kind of to be expected in a league that rewards failure by letting the worst teams pick the best new players each year AND operates with a salary cap that effectively puts all the teams on equal footing financially. Which makes what the Pats have accomplished over the past 20 years all the more impressive.
