Plenty of people are still wearing them & will continue til these very high figures are much lower.

Depends on the area I suppose…

I was shocked to see such low vaccination rates for Liverpool.

By comparison, our area has 92% first dose, 88% second dose, 74% third dose and they are now starting on further boosters for a fourth dose. Might explain why people around here feel safe enough not to be wearing masks anymore after wearing them religiously for two years…..

What an utter crock of horse crap.

Im willing to bet any amount of money you made those numbers up.

All of this will pale into insignificance once the economy worsens. Boris will finally be accepted as the lazy incompetent that he is once inflation gets to double figures, continuing food and energy cost increases, continuing deterioration of public services, Ukraine war fatigue and finally; house prices falling.
The man (and woman) in the street love the Tories whilst they feel they are being enriched by them. The moment they are realise that they are not, Boris is gone.
Senior Tories know this and will be quietly planning accordingly although thanks to the effects of Covid and Brexit, the ability to bribe us with our own money is very limited this time around.

I know, but outside of hospitals which is where masks should be observed, everywhere else has settled into no mask. We still get the odd case of covid but it tends to be a runny nose or a fit of the sneezes. It’s gone bar all the shouting….
Deaths and hospitalizations are higher now than they were at Christmas, when everyone was wearing a mask. All that has changed is you've been told it's all over and believed it.

I've just got over a very nasty bout of it mate. Absolutely floored both me and the missus. We're triple jabbed, relatively young and healthy.

I'd be less gung ho mate.
