While the EU meet to discuss the atrocities in Ukraine, the leper of Europe (the U.K.) sits outside the room telling any tosser who walks past and will listen that they are a really big player in all of this, unashamedly trying to gloss over the facts of how much of a laundry the U.K. has been for Russian money for the last 10 years.
