Nope. That much is clear. Gonna have to have a picture of him balls deep in Truss with Patel and his Mrs swinging on a pole, during proper lockdown for him to even consider it.
His own party is going to have to do the deed. I feel if they don't, they will get mullered in the local elections. This is a big day for the Tory party. Do nothing and they are effectively backing him. That says a lot about their character.
