Welcome back Wayne
Oh Pete mate, take the scales off your eyes. You deserve a much better individual as PM than this incredible blustering mess.
Our mob not much better mind you.
This is the problem…

We have a full investigation into a celebration in the Department of Foreign Affairs after Ireland got a place on the UN Security Council back in 2020.This is the problem…
You keep saying this as though there isn't a single politician in Westminster who isn't either a lying piece of [Poor language removed], lazy, or inherently incompetent. Heck, there might even be some for whom none of those things apply. Why on earth you keep framing Johnson as the best of a bad lot when in reality he's dredging the bottom of the barrel like never before. This is the problem…
Are you like the “dave” of the political forum? Now I get it.Typical, Boris helps get them elected, they stab him in the back…..
He is indeed and admitted as much on another thread. Simply on the wind up.Are you like the “dave” of the political forum?
Nobody told him, despite 'rules being very clear', not to attend a party that didn't take place, until it did after he was pictured at it, but was a BYOB work event, which was legitimate, but he's very sorry about attending and also deeply sorry about a party that didn't take place on the eve of Prince Philips funeral, but we have to wait until Sue Gray releases her report so he can know if they happened or not."No-one told me"
?
Reverting to type- deflecting blame and not taking responsibility. Carry on BoJo, carry on.

I know. He's like a Thick of It character Armando Iannuci rejected for being too ridiculous.Nobody told him, despite 'rules being very clear', not to attend a party that didn't take place, until it did after he was pictured at it, but was a BYOB work event, which was legitimate, but he's very sorry about attending and also deeply sorry about a party that didn't take place on the eve of Prince Philips funeral, but we have to wait until Sue Gray releases her report so he can know if they happened or not.

Because no sane, normal human being would defend that replulsive, lying, over privileged, piss taking rat and be serious about it.
Would they?

Fine Bruce, now as I have asked many times, name one……
My MP is very decent - Florence Eshalomi, who grew up in the constituency, is bringing her kids up in it and regularly stands up for what she believes in.
She was in the news a couple of weeks ago actually, highlighting an absurd and frankly offensive case where two sons stand to be disinherited because their stepdad (who had assaulted their mum, who went on to kill herself) successfully challenged the legality of the will she’d changed after he beat her up (it had only been signed by one witness).
Her pension, her house (owned outright before she ever met the stepdad) and the rest of her estate worth around a million pounds will now go to the bloke who she’d left and had a non-molestation order out against.
I don’t agree with all her politics but she was by miles the standout candidate at the PPC selection and has been a better constituency MP than Hoey was.

A post full of insults. Very civilised. Once it's clear that you are just a foil, I quite enjoy it. Makes you look a bit daft at times but if you don't mind, either do I.?The current affairs forum was pushed for by the Esk and myself and supported by way of modding and of course contribution, by @Bruce Wayne.
This was before Brexit and the resultant groupthink took hold. People were able to discuss both sides of an argument in a civilised manner and required very little by way of modding. Now of course if you are Tory, voted for Brexit or even dare I say it tried to see any positives from Trump, then you are immediately attacked by the ‘blob’. You might notice, that today, very few non groupthink members bother to take any part in discussions on here, because of vilification and the inevitable accusation of racist, etc.
Now this doesn’t particularly bother me and where serious conversation is possible, from both sides, in a manner that respects an opposing view, then I take a constructive part. I do however reserve the right to take the piss out of one sided and completely biased groupthink…..
