I’ve given up , I’m half at the stage of me and mine . I don’t mean voting wise , or caring for others of doing my bit but this country is shooting itself on an almost daily basis and my tolerance for worrying about those people voting for policies that will decimate themselves is almost non existent.

Exactly It's what we have now or a Bible thumping monarch as Royalist were in those days anyway at the time, but it would have at least broke up the monarchy we have now it's a 50/50 take on if things could have worked out better in the long run ?
That lot yesterday was what Tories do with big majorities tear up the rules to suit themselves absolutely disgusting abuse of power - plus using the whip to push it through - it was all about Boris with crap coming at him in the future protecting himself.......
IMO there should be no financial gain outside an MPs salary for advocacy - we have had cash for questions - expenses fiddles - the snouts will never be removed from the trough - it's an outdated system even North of the Border the new systems Salmon affair etc it never works -

It’s almost sad
They have backtracked, but their new standards committee replacement will be in place in the future to protect them all.....
They’re laughing at the British public and the public love it . I thought it was just former public schoolboys who were supposed to display masochistic tendencies but wrap it up in the Union flag it seems it’s huge swathes of the population .
As I said last night I’m getting close to the stage of starting to lose my compassion for turkeys eagerly voting for Christmas .
