TBF the BBC reporter John Sweeney went on about a lot of this a couple of months ago, so it was a bit cheeky for her to claim it was breaking news (though that Lebedev's dad was there is new):

She doesnt normally take credit for other peoples articles and this video only talks about him attending the party of Lebedev, not the fact that his dad, an 'ex KGB' flew in to specifically to meet him. I think thats the 'Breaking' bit of the story.
