I really hope so, you can feel it but then I fear the rhetoric being normalised by this Conservative party if given a fresh start by the press. I'm at a point of just being saddened by the pain they continue to cause people, if I was ever in the presence of a tory MP and they started using the word woke to disregard empathy, I'd be locked up the next day.

I know what you mean, I don't entirely feel confident that if there was an election tomorrow folk wouldn't still vote them in.
