They vote on it next week to push it through. They have been trialling it in north Wales and the folk are not happy…..

I think you need to have a look at the Welsh government and their tory tax and 20mph speed limits before criticising anyone else…..

Looks like they’ve climbed down a bit by saying local councils will decide which should be 20mph, a choice that they already had anyway….
