So you'd bring a national manager in right on top of pre-season after a WC.

Which would mean a complete overhaul of the back room at staff and well as recruitment staff.

Somehow I don't think anybody would want this.

People have been suggesting Carlo (prior to the knowledge of him signing a new deal). That would be the same situation considering many of the players he had last time have left and it’s new owners etc so a very different club to when he left.
