Pardon me, I pulled this.
….yep, I read that a day or so ago. He was passenger in a car and the driver has been charged with no licence, insurance etc. probably why the police were chasing them in the first place.
When we start operating around 'probably' when it comes to the application of law, we invite certain problems.
