I have said a couple of times we should simplify the badge... that lot did it and no one said anything... when we do it 2013, fan outcry and the club bottle it. They pretend to consult us sometimes and am not sure why?

Nothing wrong with simplifying.

Tbf the kit itself is simple / classic Blackburn. It’s not Umbro’s fault that’s what their sponsor logo is....

Ye and the crest only gets better looking as the nostalgia of that good season kicks in. Superstition and other things that are psychological are very under estimated. Sure you try wear the same exact type of top for years and years it would effect you psychologically you'd be in a rut. Like when you go out and buy a different fresh pair of clothes you then have a pep in your step.

And then ye have the superstition like you said even if it's subconscious of the same old jersey and the same old empty handed seasons. It's kinda like a superstition that is tangible.

Like a haircut or a new office or a change of scene.
I wonder if we should think of Big Dunc in that way? Shave his head? Make him kit man or move him to the Fanzone reception?
