Worst body problem you've had?

I had an ingrown toe-nail that became that painful I had to get it out myself. Tweezers, Scissors and nail-clippers all used and I eventually dug out the nail, the WORST pain, but my God, the feeling of relief after was worth it strangely.

Puss, body fluid the lot leaving my toe was a great feeling
