Lads, Got home from the pub about an hour ago after many pints, is it acceptable to go into town? on about £20 and hope the previous pints are enough to have you wasted?

That's one of the ones that isn't a total rip off, isn't it? Loads of people I know stayed there and said it was fine, plus there's another massive halls right next to it so there'll be plenty of people to meet. You're right opposite the library and about 3 minute from lectures and you can walk to and from the city centre shops/bars too.

I'm opposite a library I probably won't need...I'm 20/25 mins? walk away from the School of Art & Design which I'll need to be in and out of all the time in the studio. But the halls near to there are expensive and have tiny beds and desks which is stupid because Art/Design students need big desks!

Plus, I'll be living with people who won't do my subject or any similar subject. I'm an idiot.

Oh I know where that is, a friend does Architecture tere. Yeah I'd say its about 15-20 minute walk.

Don't worry about that. Most people will be living in a situation where everybody in their flat is on a different course, it was like that in my first two years.

Okay thank you I'm a bit less worried about it now. When it gets to like a week before I'll probably be messaging you with a million questions! :')
