Sh*te.

Had about 6 hours sleep in the last two days. Got about 40 miles from Amsterdam when I got a call to go back to the ship because some f*cking idiot had messed about with the modem and killed the internet.

Sat in Schipol now, get back to Aberdeen about 10, into the office to do paperwork when I get there and then a 90 minute drive home in time for 5 hours sleep before the school run.

As a side, it's very rare that you get told who you're living with in your first year. They probably don't know themselves yet!

Every person I know over the past few years has always been told their flat block and number so they can, of their own accord, go onto the student forums to find who's in the same flat. But we're not being told room numbers until we arrive. I don't even know how many girls or guys I'll be with!

I didnt know until I turned up on the day.

I guess just try and be excited. And think even if you did know who you were living with and don't like them?! At least this way you won't dread going because you already know you hate them!
