While I can't agree, I do understand. The wife is a vegetarian and even before she turned that way did not dig the steaks. I am going to be called a kopite for it, but when it comes to potatoes, mash is the best for me. Loved the mash since i was a kid.

WORD. Going to hit up a pork loin in a lime/adobo chile marinade.

This excites me tremendously.

I've got a rack of ribs marinading in the fridge overnight for tomorrow's dinner.

Mixed up some JD bbq sauce, some red hot chilli flakes, bit of balsamic vinegar, some Worcester sauce and half a can of Dr Pepper.
