Thats more down to the cult of personality in politics these days I mean look at who the current PM is.

People like Johnson and Abbott act all zaney and the electorate fall for it whereas politicians like Sir Keir are vilified for being "vanilla" and having "no personality".

Yet I would much rather have the bloke with no personality running the ship over someone screeching and shouting nonsense like Covid and labour birth deaths being evidence of institutional racism in order to drum up support from the radical ends of a spectrum.
