His usual, just bluffed his way through it......mind you he even threw some testing facts at Starmer that Starmer plainly didn’t know....

What testing facts? I watched the whole thing and can't think what that might be.

Do you think bluffing is good enough for the PM? And with the context of it also being the only time we have seen him for a week.

He quoted the testing figures for care homes....as you will remember....

You an have bluffing, Ignoring the question, bombast, a myriad of figures, ignoring the questions or out and out lies, all of which were demonstrated by the five previous PM’s......I think I prefer bluffing....

Yanis Varoufakis, describes Starmer as a “very sweet bloke, but totally harmless from the perspective of the establishment”.

“It’s undoubtedly the case,” he adds, “that a Starmer administration is going to be business as usual, with a kinder face and a few tweaks of policy here and there to give some of the suffering people a little bit more. But this will not constitute an alternative”

Indeed.

Indeed.

Oh well. that's that then.

Immigrant NHS and Care workers from outside the European Economic Area were going to have to pay £624 a year to access the NHS.

Sound. Ta.

Never heard of it, and if Starmer made the Government change their position, that is good opposition. And maybe a less dogmatic Government.

On a side point, it sounds like a ridiculous idea in the first place anyrate!

NHS and Care workers removed from NHS surcharge

That’s a win for starmer.

todays 8pm clap is going to be dedicated to all the commentators who spent yesterday claiming Johnson "won" PMQs, and to all the government ministers who went on TV and radio this morning insisting the policy wasn't going to be changed

It’s good to see an opposition (Labour and SNP) raise a sensible issue and a Prime Minister show leadership by listening, reflecting and acting immediately... I have no real regard for the majority of politicians, but for once they all performed and behaved admirably......
