Logically then if you insist all schooling is free then surely all college tuition should be too? I'd support removing tax relief to provide more bursaries with the cash saved and a return to grants for tertiary level education.

I vaguely recall in their last manifesto they proposed some kind of learning fund for adult education (and scrapping tuition fees). All costed of course.

They eventually rejected it after the chair said had passed. The chair was given a heavy nudge and refused a card vote when it was obviously very close. A very bad way to demonstrate democracy.

Meanwhile, outside the Daily Mail echo chamber, the UK and Eurozone are stalled and headed for recession, while interest rates are running at half of inflation (where not outright negative!).

And even Christine Lagarde has been forced to plead with government to revise their debt ceilings: https://www.ft.com/content/feee36f4-ca6d-11e9-af46-b09e8bfe60c0 and start spending: https://www.ft.com/content/0ff70e24-cef8-11e9-99a4-b5ded7a7fe3f.

Do that many of us really not understand basic counter-cyclical fiscal policy? Or is it just Corbyn-Derangement Syndrome?

Absolutely astonishing, even for Labour.

A disaster for them, once more all of their own making. Which means they'll blame the media for it of course.
