Yeah exactly, and by the numbers so far there's no sign of the reduction in winter fuel payments being responsible for any chance to mortality numbers. It seems everyone who needs it is getting it, and those who were gambling it in the pub or going Butlins with it aren't.

I do wonder how many of those voluntarily would have closed so that they didn’t have to play back their covid loans.
Tory’s basically allowing covid fraud and billions to slip through the net due to incompetence.
