To stop the boats coming, they're going to try and cut deals with nations abroad - as Italy does with Tunisia and Libya - to pay for prisons to be built to keep migrants in countries they're trying to leave.
You couldn't make that story up really could you - the week they let out thousands of scumbags to re-commit assaults and violent robbery from UK prisons because they won't build more here.
