Here's a short publicity clip for the Labour candidate in my son & daughter's ward, Sprowston, in Norwich. Daughter has been working for the Labour candidate for around the last 3 months as diary secretary and a whole lot more in her spare time. She features at 0:10 and 1:18. Let's hope I get the phone call around 3 tomorrow morning saying her Labour candidate has won.

Nice to see my mate Richard Quigley get elected on the Isle of Wight.

Has had a tough time with family recently but him and his wife really put a shift in. I think he is the first ever labour MP on the IOW.

Kendal only got 28,000 through the doors of Goodison
so lampard was the better man.
Like lampard ,Corbyn will be rememberd as a decent fella who was out of his depth and a loser.
Starmer and Howard as winners.

How did it go

Wonderful! My son was on the phone to me for a few hours watching things unfold and chatting about various things as they occurred. He's a local Labour councillor. Both shocked at Mordaunt losing her seat (but pleased, because she appeared to be the one Tory with any kind of intelligence), and disappointed that Hunt clung on by 20 votes.

The Pussers Rum was superb as well!

Doesn't matter in a 'first past the post' individual constituency electoral vote.

Turnout was the lowest since 1945 too, from what I've seen.
