Sounds great. Except for the fact that these things have always existed, nurseries/pre-school etc… Pre-schools are integrated into all primary schools in the villages and towns around us. The ones physically built into school grounds were established by parents who set them up as charities, then there are privately run nurseries galore. The article doesn’t really show why some areas are struggling nor the involvement of Councils and Parents…..
I didn't agree years ago when people said Red Tories and I don't agree with Shadow Tories.

Labour want to deport people, then allow them back into the country if they are allowed.
Slight difference, both pretty grim, but differences all the same.
Did the Tories ever do an independent report highlighting the issues within their party? Its good that they saw there are issues that need addressing.
