You think a newspaper article from 2010 confirms that Starmer is a deep state plant by MI5.

The Starmer Tory Party talk about raising people's living standards, but they're going to cut their public services and pray that lowering planning permission guidelines and 'attractive corporate tax incentives' + "our 'natural entrepreneurship' makes up the productivity growth gap and funds any spending.
This is all down to policy choices. The Starmer gang have CHOSEN austerity and trickle down economics - the most busted flush in political economy.
So a Tory stooge organisation says that the Tory party policies have totally ruined the UK economy?

In a speech at the conference, Sir Keir argued that decisions taken by the government and previous Conservative administrations over the past 13 years "will constrain what a future Labour government can do".
"We are in a hole, no doubt about it," he said.
"Taxes [are] higher than at any time since the war, none of which was true in 2010. Never before has a British government asked its people to pay so much, for so little," the Labour leader said.
Sir Keir added economic growth "will have to become Labour's obsession if we are to turn around the economy", which he admitted "had not always been the Labour Party's comfort zone".
But he said economic growth "must better serve working people. And must raise living standards in every community".

Polarising but also popular. The point Starmer is making about Thatcher is she had a plan and conviction. You don’t have to agree with the plan or with her politics to say she was in comparison to the Tories today a good leader.
I mean her legacy isn’t very good. But you can definitely argue that her economic reforms allowed Blair the decade to sort out our public services.
Myself can vehemently disagree with Thatcher but at the same time recognise her as a different breed to Johnson, Sunak et al.
That’s the point. And whilst you are correct that obviously there was lots of hatred swathes of electorate liked her.
The centre and left are on the cusp of electorally destroying our only main stream centre and right party of Government. Those that want it to survive will attempt anything to stop this happening.
