Man that's dumb. The agent gets 10-15% for that? He'll be lucky to get 1/2 that when he turns 30 and is a part time starter. Right now his only chance of starting is if Bale gets tapped up and/or a bunch of injuries.

If you'd have seen how snide his agent's been you'd understand.

Pienaar's agent's been on Sky Sports News - ****gin EFC off ...

24 hours later (pre-world cup) the agent - as caught by D/D - is on here publishing stuff to increase Pienaar's image...

So the crack basically as far as the agent's concerned - we're a means to an end. That much is obvious.

D/D published the user email address that setup the account as punishment for spamming the forum.

The email turned out to have a host account at the agent's agency in Spain - listed under one of the agency's partner directors... funny enough

So it was him/the agency

I remember that, it was just as i joined.

Very clever - if he is still here, i would love him to read the adulation we've got for his 'client'

I remember that. It was Columbo live and direct, superb detective work

When Moyes was questioned about Pienaar a week or so ago, he said rather cryptically 'I would hate to think there is no room for manoeuvre', implying that Everton could still attempt to keep him. Is this now dead in the water?

Something about the whole episode feels unreal. I may be clutching at straws but I just can't believe that Kenwright is stupid enough to watch a multi million pound player walk out for nothing, with no hope of a similar standard replacement. I can remember Walter Smith pulling out all the stops to re-sign Craig Short. His contract was just about to run out, so Walter promised him all sorts, got him to put pen to paper, and then promptly sold him a month later.

Is there really no hope?

NONE , mate .

Move on ,..

Oh yes lad they are real.

Proper sound too.

That's why we're all boss on here.

You will learn

Lots to learn, you have.

Fact is mate - the hypocrisy of his agent basically claiming how badly we were treating Pienaar and trying to embarrass us on SSN...

then to come on 24 hours later ... said plenty to me.

It said it was less about how badly Pienaar's being treated - and more about this agent basically being disingenuous.

I thought at the time we'd never be able to do a deal in good faith with him after that.
