Jesus, the kit got leaked late last night, officially revealed at what, 8ish this morning? It’s now nearly 12 hours on, most of us have done a full days work or had stuff to do and he’s still going on

Personally I'd rather we didn't have red on our kits/stadium etc. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it like, but it's just a brand identity thing apart from anything. A bit like the liver bird, I actually think the whole 'it was ours first' thing is a bit petty and small time. Everyone associates red and the liver bird with Liverpool, that's fine, they can have them and we have blue and the tower.

I don’t really care who it ‘belongs’ to. Everyone associates it with them and trying to reclaim it is dead bizarre.

Not everyone - home grown Liverpudlians of my generation or older were familiar with the Liver Bird on municipal livery etc. I recognised it as a symbol before I ever knew about Everton or Liverpool football clubs.

Was it the one with the mandarin collar? Im not a fan of that style or vanilla as a colour on a top.

to be honest mate I think the last actual top I got was the 04/05 one with the little collar for Duncs last season. I tend to just get the training tops for 5 aside
