Err...and whose fault is it that we're not playing in Europe Johnny???? Hmmmm???
Hardly only his, surely?

Sorry, but don't agree with that. If he's fully focussed, he can be a good addittion to thne squad. Headless chicken most of the time. Couldn't hold down a starting place at Atletico and now fails to do that at Everton. Take a look in that mirror for once Johnny, you might get a reality check.I'd hate to see him go. On his day, easily one of our top players. When he's not on his day, he's still one of our top players.
Naturally, but he's part of a team that didn't qualify for Europe. The inference is that he'd rather go to a side that is already there. Perhaps the "getting there" part is beyond him?Hardly only his, surely?
We have to sell him. He clearly doesn't respect or rate Moyes. We should offer him around Europe for £8m and be done with it. He's no way as good as Jagielka and despite being bought mainly for his utility capabilities he hates being moved around. I do find it interesting though, that he doesn't rate Moyes, which I believe to be the case big time. Sell him!
Nice one BT,the Ajax bit was published elsewhere yesterday morning.
I'm surprised Arsenal haven't come in for Heitinga. I'd have thought he was exactly what they needed at the moment, a world class defender who's not afraid to stick the boot in, but can still pass a ball, and wouldn't cost them the earth, either, which is usually the sticking point with old Arsene.
