I am. Love it. Some LOL posts that have really made me LOL! When a "new" Spike posted wanting some info, it was quality replies asking where real Spike was! Also, Chicos numberplate reply to a Barcode trying to sell an EFC plate. Thanks for the giggles.

We've gained some ace new posters, pleased they're still here and posting like they've always been here.

This place can be boss.
Without wanting to sounding wayout gay, one of the reasons why new posters stay is because the old timers, as it were, have made the atmosphere on the site brill. It can be a bit daunting making a point, especially as not being local means you miss a lot of the, ahem, local gossip. For example, my first post was about supporting Bristol City and Joe Royles debut for them! (4, yes FOUR, goals for him). Expected abuse as most footie forums would have done, but no. Not on here. Should be in the next honours list.

I think that the success of the board is due to having frequent spells of weirdos and stalkers. All the cats on here love to have a pantomime villain to marvel at. The mods are usually gracious enough to allow us all enough time to get value for money out of them, until their eventual implosion/banning.

It's like an interactive soap opera with loads of snides looking for their popcorn.

i like this board i think its a breath of fresh air from kipper (which i have been a member of for ages), lcab dont takr no notice of the haters there jealous lol .

side note :
just out of interest , is there many people left on here from the original forum ? (the toffeeweb forum)

the new and old names have blurred over time tbh.
i can remember that forum shutting down and a few months passing before i discovered i had emails which said this beautiful place had been set up.
it was a long time ago it seems :)

Joe is and always will be a top blue and a gentleman.

Anyone who comes on here and tells us about him scoring 4 goals on his debut for there team is always going to get a good response from proper blues.

Cheers fella

I left Liverpool aged 6, (1971), and ended up in Bristol, where me and me (blue) dad started following Bristol City. So I have a real affinity with TWO clubs. Love both.

Re the 4 goal debut, bettered by a left foot volley to beat Liverpool 1-0 at Ashton Gate!
