Yes - peers can be PM. There is a convention that a PM has to be in the Commons, but this lot hate convention so were they to win but Johnson lost his seat I am 99% sure they'd actually take advantage of the fact he couldn't be questioned in the Commons.
So you'd rather Boris?Jesus Christ... I've heard it all now can't stand the fella!
No they don't. The convention is that it should be an MP, but there is no written constitutional element in the UK that says that it must be a member of parliament.No.
The PM had to be an MP......”First among equals” they call it.
I think the Swinson woman might lose her seat up in Scotland as well.
I'm home after the blister between my big toe burst, gonna have a quick [Poor language removed] and a shave - and then await the exit poll.

Didn't say that mate. I liked him as a mayor and voted for him then. It's like football management your only as good as your bench. Trouble with the Red they all have their own agendas. I've always been a liberal voter but this was a difficult one tbhSo you'd rather Boris?
Boris will be boasting that he’s a successful fridge magnate nextStrong & stable - well, once the feet have been levelled.
