Saying that, I don’t think it’s particularly clever picking up on spelling or grammatical error. Some folk have education issues, some folk have health issues. i think mistakes are acceptable as long as you can understand the message.


Indeed.

Although an excelent speller myself (mistakes due to fat finger syndrome notwithstanding:)), I habe always thought spelling prowess wuz overr8ted.

As you say, Eggs....a message is still legible and instructions can be quite clear despite spelling mistakes.

But punctuation is a different matter.....a misplaced comma or a missing full stop could lead to the outbreak of a war :)

I wasn't trying to be clever, it's just that seeing apostrophes being misused infuriates me. Or should I say, "its just that seeing apostrophe's being misused infuriate's me". I've even seen some dolts using "Wale's" and "Leed's".

ANSWER = DEATH PENALTY! :rant::rant:
