Priority No 1 -Get to a safe position in the EPL.
When that critical task has been achieved then preparations for the next season need to start immediately at all levels within the club. if that means the rest of the season turns into a capitulation then so be it. For me the very first changes should be at the executive level of the club which should and can be done before the season ends.
This is what we should do but we only seem to change one person, IE just the manager and his staff, or just Kenwright, we need a full on clean sweep, but problem us some of the people who would have to do this are also part of the problem, so were stuffed.
I fear for the future more then ever, not just because we might stand still, but because other clubs who should be firmly behind us can easily over take us, if you stand still for to long you do go backwards, while there are clubs that are run much worse then us, Newcastle, West Ham and Southampton being 3 good examples, but even Burnley have over taken us thanks to good managment, and they way we are going getting top 8 is going to be hard for the foreseeable future
