The Frustration of Humiliation...

Great post.

I am pro Allardyce given our predicament this season, but Saturday's result was entirely down to him. I'm very disappointed he chose not to accept some of the blame for that debacle.

He hasn't taken any responsibility for any defeat, he was quick to accept the plaudits when we started winning and drawing. But he is what he is. Any other club would have sacked him after his comments and his team's display on Saturday but we have lost our self respect so we keep him.

Priority No 1 -Get to a safe position in the EPL.

When that critical task has been achieved then preparations for the next season need to start immediately at all levels within the club. if that means the rest of the season turns into a capitulation then so be it. For me the very first changes should be at the executive level of the club which should and can be done before the season ends.

Can't agree with your characterisation of Jags. He is no longer the player he was, but in his time here he has put in many outstanding defensive performances and led by example. He didn't get into the England team by chance, but because he has been one of the best defenders around.

He may not be an aggressive in-your-face captain, but he deserves far more credit for his past service.

Im not saying he hasnt put in good performances here and there. Baines was excellent for a couple of years as well. But jags has captained a team who getting hammered by 3/4/5 goals. Its crazy that it has become the norm.

This is what we should do but we only seem to change one person, IE just the manager and his staff, or just Kenwright, we need a full on clean sweep, but problem us some of the people who would have to do this are also part of the problem, so were stuffed.

I fear for the future more then ever, not just because we might stand still, but because other clubs who should be firmly behind us can easily over take us, if you stand still for to long you do go backwards, while there are clubs that are run much worse then us, Newcastle, West Ham and Southampton being 3 good examples, but even Burnley have over taken us thanks to good managment, and they way we are going getting top 8 is going to be hard for the foreseeable future

Um clube que possui Cuco Martina no elenco, e principalmente, no time titular não pode ser sério. Evertonians do Brasil em profunda tristeza e decepção. Out Sam, Out Bill.

Desculpe-me pelo meu Portugues ruim. Minha mae se casou com um Brasileiro maravilhoso. Ele era de Fortaleza. Ele me ensinou Portugues ha trinta anos. Ele era um homem inteligente, mas ele nao era um bom professor. E eu nao era um bom aluno!

Its a point i keep repeating. All at everton have gotten so used to been beaten 3/4/5 nil since martinez second season it has become the norm. It isnt a shock anymore.

Experienced players and regular starters over the last 4 years should hang their heads in shame at what has become this hammering norm.

Even though he didnt play saturday jags has captained the club through this awful period. Players like snides have continually held on to their position when their performances have not warrented getting in the match day squad. And those 2 are only an example.

They need culling and real men brought in to get some pride back.

Bang on.
