Been a bit more impressed by him than in recent years, but still think he has a very long way to go to be considered good enough for Everton. If you look at his attributes, strength, power and pace he should be doing a lot better.

I tend to agree with this, he's put in some decent shifts this season and I wouldn't be so quick to sell him with such a threadbare strike force as it is. Heitinga, Gueye and Mucha if we get a replacement for him. I'd extend Hitz contract til the end of the year as well.
 
The only players we can get enough cash to buy a quality replacement is Johnny and maybe Vic. If we sell Gueye then we will just buy another young player to develope, while that isn't a bad thing it is not what we need.
 
We'll get next to nothing for Gueye. I'd rather loan him out to see if competitive games can coax him out of his shell.
 
Big Vic is proving his worth this season-- the key thing is that he's clearly putting in a shift whenever he plays.
Definitely shouldn't sell him.
 
We were all saying get rid of Jagielka this time last year and singing the praises of Heitinga. Seems we got that one a bit wrong.
