Everything sorted now. Flying to Geneva from Liverpool Wednesday 7.05am, night in Geneva on the Wed, 10.45am train to Bern on Thursday, stayin at the Savoy Hotel on the Thursday night & then returning via Munich (staying there 2 nights) to Manchester on the Sunday night.

don't know that one. my footy bar is in the northern part of the city. the goal bar was a club once, but they had to close the place because of "disturbance of the peace" in the neighbourhood.
it is located in the lower oldtown in a cellar, just at the end of the carnival area.

I've never once travelled on an intercity in Switzerland when the inspector didn't check the ticket.
You'll just end up paying full whack on the train itself, with a surcharge and looking like a tit in front of the swiss
