Maybe, but if he wants to stay on in any capacity whatsoever he has to draw a line between himself Bill and Denise because there is no return for those two.

His only route out of this is to completely change the board, bring in outside investors, and pray for survival. That’s the only scenario in which he can have any sort of long term ownership over us.
