Surely a good business plan focuses on a handful of key points - not 116 - came across as very amateur.

Like

- Hire somebody that can negotiate transfers that isn't Bill.
- Copy Brightons scouting homework.
- Sack the board.

Appointments are all official on Companies House now, though the interim CFO hasn't been appointed to the board apparently.
