Says absolutely nothing about current board members moving on...that slightly concerns me.

Esk saying that initial discussions about stadium funding developed further when Moshiri raised the need for funds elsewhere.

Diluting Moshiri to below 50% heads off any threat to the club if he was to be sanctioned.
A threat to MSP would be removed.

Also the Blythe Capital / AJ Bell / George Downing involvement to consider.

We do need the whole existing board removed and replaced. 2 MSP appointees on their own is just papering over the cracks and it seems they have recognised that as well.

The Athletic reporting 25% is in line with what a lot have been reporting, not sure where Esk got his idea they would take a majority and control. The latter would be preferable but what matters most right now is getting it done and dusted.

Yes, good point. Sometimes letting a "caretaker" Manager "care-take", while you plan the next strategy is a good thing as well.

I mean, if it's two and one becomes CEO then that shifts the dial.
