For me, the only thing of any noteworthiness in that missive from Moshiri is the offer to Dinamo Kyiv of a friendly to raise funds for Ukraine - the rest is fluff.

His former funding source is in hiding in Tashkent - I doubt if Moshiri will have anything more to do with him
