if moyes walked out i know Everton fc would be in a poorer position for it, while kenwright would still be in charge. Then we will be without a manager who has proven to be brilliant in managing under the financial constraints and someone else will come who in my opinion will be no where near as good.

he wouldnt last keverton the fans would be in uproar, moyes has done well but now seems to just be happy to plod along, maybe it just me but thats not good enough no matter how hard its is to move forward, at least try

you are a brave man neonlean. I've heard from matt damon bill is selling up in the summer lol

errr. That could change things. I'm certainly confident given the status quo we are on the verge of success. Looks like I need to speak to Matt.

yeah i understand the philosophy in what you want mate i really do and i really don't know the solution however i just don't think moyes should be taking some part of the blame for the position in which the club is in. I understand the best case scenario you are coming from ie moyes walks/sacked as he is not given money, followed by fans fury, followed by pressure to much for the board to stay in control then new owners. However there is no guarantee that will happen and the worse case scenario is we have no moyes who has proven he can manage fantastically well under pathetic financial constraints placed on him

in real life mate if i was getting told to do a job without the tools to do it, i would be gobbing off to my boss the big diffrence being if i lost my job id be on the dole, ginger would walk with millions in his arse pocket, hardly the same as me, so nothing to lose if he upped the pressure on bill is there? He is happy to bag the cash and talk the party line, he has a job while bill in the chair , that all he is arsed about, i will bet you everton will never win a thing while these two are in tandem

well im glad that your not the one in charge, i like that the manager of our club has a sense of unfinished business, something he wants to achieve ,DESPITE, the lack of ambition and help from the board. being a total loser and walking off the job is not really what grown ups do.

Really though, isn't it time for some Everton fans to get some perspective.

Yes we never buy johnny fancy pants for 40m and yes we have to make do with turning 60k paddies into superstars and selling to buy and blooding the kids and scraping the change together to buy some championship player.

Having said all that people want to frame the Everton story as if we are going nowhere. We have stabilised as one of the top seven clubs. OK, we ALL want more than that, but who is to say it's not going to happen. Did anyone expect us to finish 4th that year? Sooner or later I firmly believe it will all come good and these runs we go on will last a whole season.

In the meantime, those that spend their time calling the manager a prick only diminish themselves in other fans eyes.

really if i could get the sack and walk away with my future earning paid up, id be the mouthist sod on the planet if someone wasnt giving me what i wanted

This made me laugh. What kind of a cvnt do you take me for? Genuinely finding this funny.

not quite sure what you on about here mate, think edge is actually trying to give you a fair bet by saying the bet is void moyes got the celtic or utd job, not sure but that is the way i read it. If you just made the bet and then lets say for arguments sake moyes went to celtic in the summer you would lose the bet as moyes/kenwright can not win anything together. Maybe wrong here and if i have got wrong end of the stick apologies

No, no its fair enough. Just made me laugh. You'd have to be a right snake to try and claim it if he moved to united.

That's it exactly

I want Everton trophies, more than anything in the world. I actually think I mean that when I say it too, which is weird.

Everton is all I care about at times of late. However, I just know for a fact, if we spent 100m this summer and brought in a manager that would want to join us (trying to think of one that would). What will we have to show for it this time next year? And what if he had done nothing within a year? NSNO? So, who do we bring in then?

It's sunny outside people, enjoy it

If Moyes really thinks Kenwright is doing a good job then his judgement is unforgiveably ****.

If he's lying, he's joined the list of other ****s at the club.
