Pure coincidence that we have trsuted ITKs confirming talks are ongoing and serious whereas before we got bums in council flats with no money.

Irrespective of the truth of the matter the party line from the BU will be that Bill wasn't prepared to lower his price. This will be used as a recruitment mantle.
