The Everton Board Thread 2014/15

Is it time for change?

  • I'm happy with the way thing are. Kenwright and the Board should stay.

  • Kenwright and the board need to go. We need change.

Great signing imo , would walk into your team
Always think its pathetic when someone comes on another teams forum and hides behind a keyboard, but to do it after you have spent 120 million on mediocre and your last result was 6-1 at Stoke , just asking like what planet are you on?

Look mate, we're all entitled to our opinions, but recently you've trended to a rather extreme hyperbole which is always negative about every aspect of the club.

We're not likely to be the next Nottingham Forest or Leeds, so perhaps you might consider being a bit more realistic?

By standing completely still though we are becoming the epitome of a permanent mid table club. Soon even West Ham will overtake us financially and it only takes the right appointment for Newcastle, Sunderland and Villa to do so as well. All of them have the infrastructure in place.

Sure, I agree we are going backwards on a relative basis and that our rate of progress will not improve with the current board or without investment.

Blue Union Statement...guessing it goes in this thread.
Great to see them back active.

The Blue Union held its annual AGM this evening and discussed a number of issues currently concerning Everton Football Club and its supporters.

Since the Premier League season ended, The Blue Union have been inundated and indeed overwhelmed with the amount of messages from our supporters via our social media streams regarding the current plight of Everton FC and the many uncertainties for the future.

It is our intention to respect the wishes of our supporters and hold a public meeting on Saturday 11th July at the Casa on Hope Street in Liverpool city centre. Further details will be circulated over the course of the next few days.

We would like to place on record our sincere thanks and gratitude to The Blue Union’s secretary Simon Magner and also treasurer Tony Fitzpatrick who have left their roles this evening but still actively support the group’s aims. Dave Kelly was successfully re-elected as the group’s chairman, with both Richard Knights and Robbie Daniels being unanimously elected as secretary and treasurer respectively.
