Every game for the past year that I've bought, I've played early. About 20+ games, so I think I'll be fine. As long as It's a legitimate copy there's not really much they can ban me for.

Probably not gonna be an issue, Australia retailers started selling the game a day early. Of course only Xbox and PS3 versions work as the PC version requires Steam activation.

I'd much rather play it on xbox. I like playing with a controller in my hands. Plus I like being in party chat's with friends while I'm playing it. That way I am still keeping somewhat of a social life.
