Everton's fixture with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium has been moved in order to be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The Toffees were due to face Arsene Wenger's side on Saturday, May 3 at 3pm. However, the game will now take place at 1.30pm on Sunday, May 4 in order to be shown live on Sky.

It means that Saturday's trip to Birmingham is the last Saturday fixture David Moyes' men will play this season, with the forthcoming games against Chelsea, Aston Villa and now the Gunners switched in order to be shown live.

Kick off times....

The Chelsea game is a disgrace though.

Sky have just [Poor language removed] up my trip to the Arse. I cant [Poor language removed] make it on the Sunday. Bastards, i'm sick of them. And as it was rightly pointed out the Chelsea game is alson a disgrace. :@

Once again the match going fans are [Poor language removed] on, Sky rule as they are the paymasters ,but would the like it if all the fans said enough of being treated like this and left a stadium empty.the fans making the atmosphere is part of the whole thing remember Goodison exploding with AJ goal against Arsenal imagine the same goal without the fans reaction not quite as good drama for sky is it like to see Gray enthuse over that(n)

From a purely selfish point of view I love it when we're on TV, obviously can't get to many games so any time I get to actually watch the games instead of putting up with dodgy radio commentary courtsey of EvertonTV is always a bonus (y)

Can see why it annoys people though, especially the Chelsea one, that's mental:huh:

But whats the excuse this time? The Chelsea game was moved to fill some apparent quota of games but says nothing about that for this game.

Ok obviously its for money but they could at least find another bullshit excuse.

Wonderful. Like Gary, i was going to go but a sunday kickoff at 1.30 is pushing it. I went the Fulham game a few weeks back and it is bloody awkward on a sunday:(

I hate it when football is on sundays. I prefered when Sundays are only good for watching Serie A or FA Cup ties on the box.

Personally, I'm gutted by this, I'd arranged for Baines/Johnson to do a trophy presentation on that day and bloody SKY interfere. (n)

Would you rather play saturday at 3 o'clock every week an be [Poor language removed]???

I know what i prefere, an i go most the games.

wait i'm confused, you prefer the sunday fixtures right.

from my point of view they're definitely better, since i can only watch them on tv anyways, but i definitely sympathize with the match going fans and undoubtedly what best suits them should take top priority for the club.

[Poor language removed], i have to re-schedule my flight ticket becuase of this. First game in Emirates, flying in from copenhagen, prebooked a long time ago, and now this. Crap.

Thats [Poor language removed] mate. I cant make it now as well but i was only driving down so its not half as bad as your situation. Saturday football in the Prem League is all but dead now. Saying this, Chelsea have been [Poor language removed] around with even more.

No matter what the fans say or think of the matter, the bastards at Sky dont give a [Poor language removed]
