Once played in a corporate golf day at Shooters Hill course in Kent. The guest celebrity was Kenny Lynch who was 'after dinner speaker.' The host, who knew I lived in Maidenhead, asked me if I would give Kenny Lynch a lift home, as he lived in Henley which is not far away. I agreed and during the hour or so drive back we had a really good chat
