The Cheese & Grain is a great venue. Surprising number of top bands and comedians have appeared there over the years. Even did a Northern Soul All Nighter a few years back

The missus just said the same. Unless it’s a tribute kind of thing? Brain cancer charity, so he must have known when this was filmed.

Very sad about Tom Parker. I watched his documentary last year about his brain cancer, was very sad.

Incredible how June Brown lived to the age of 95 considering she was such a heavy smoker. My Nan died when she was 84, she too was a big smoker & polished off a couple of bottles of gin every week. A lot of it must be down to the genes.

I never watch EastEnders since it became the most depressing TV show, with constant shouting and aggression. In its early days it was good and she was an excellent character actress. RIP
