I’m not really into movies, usually have them just running in the background. Love Blade Runner though and he was absolutely outstanding in it. I’d say possibly one of the most accomplished screen performances of any time given how he had to bring such complex depth to his character - a machine that wanted to be human but couldn’t wrap his head around the savagery of being a human. A modern day Frankenstein monster. And that speech at the end - wow!

Blade runner will be his lasting legacy and the first thing people mention in association with him, but I’d be remiss not to mention some of his other 80’s output. He was fantastic in Nighthawks, Ladyhawke, and an all time favourite b movie of mine The Hitcher. A great actor.
Is the pitcher were he plays a blind man??

has @COYBL25 seen this? It's hos favourite lines in any film ever- the Blade Runner time to die speech

I honestly can`t say how many times I`ve watched Blade Runner, but it`s a lot.

The " time to die " speech still gets me every time I watch it.

I always wonder what the reaction of the crew, cast, director and producer was after they`d filmed it. There`s no way they could`ve ever envisaged the end result.

The power of the raw emotion and the sheer beauty of it, all coupled with the majestic Vangelis soundtrack.

They must`ve been stunned.

Only Hauer could`ve carried that off.

RIP Jeremy Kemp, The Blue Max is a top film, one of the best WW1 movies IMO, great actor, was also in Colditz

Yep, I have watched it countless times, just a brilliant film, no matter what classless bish @Bryan says
