The lady kneeling is Jenny Hanley, one of the presenters of the 1970's childrens show, Magpie.
It's Juliet Harmer - starred in Adam Adamant, a sixties show where a Victorian adventurer had been frozen in a block of ice, and is thawed in the Swinging Sixties (as you do).
He's helped to adjust by Georgina Jones - the said Juliet Harmer.

Here she is getting beaten up by Diana Rigg.

Looks like her mate.

Just had a look at her wiki page mate and it doesn't mention Department X or Jason King. Jenny Hanley however was in Department X.

Jim Rodford, bass player with Argent. Probably their most well known song.

Also helped to form the Zombies but declined to join the group. After Argent split up became the bass player of the Kinks.

Top bloke. Loved listening to his wonderful unbiased comments and insight on the radio. Will miss him.

"What I like to call" a true professional.

Seemed like he'd been around forever, best radio commentator/pundit there has ever been, never got excited and was unbiased (although I'm sure he hid it well if it was Blackpool) sad day, RIP Jimmy Armfield. one of a kind.

..a gentleman. I posted an interview with him on Radio 5 in the summer and it was a real insight into what a fine sportsman he was. He was England captain leading up to the ‘66 World Cup but got an injury. Ramsey brought George Cohen into the team and gave the armband to Bobby Moore, but Armfield showed no bitterness. He spoke very highly of Everton and Alan Ball in particular.
