I can't remember any " white " drug traffickers ever having been executed anywhere before .( I stand corrected if it has happened). That's what makes this one unusual to me as normally the Goverment of any " white " traffickers due for execution always seems to get a deal done to either get them home to serve time or the sentence commuted in return for political favours. Up until now there definitely seems to have been two sets of rules - non whites get executed , whites don't
