The Current FUME Thread

I live in Bristol and went to city's ground for a gig.

Loads of local ale and cider in draft, felt embarrassed comparing it to Goodison.

No excuse not to support local breweries with a new stadium.

I do agree with you, however when you see all these big new stadiums, shopping centres etc they are just full of big brands and chains.

If I had time, I'd definitely get into non league due to the fact they have local food and beers

It can be hard work trying to keep up with what we're all currently meant to be fuming over.

And so, a dedicated thread to keep tabs on what we're currently outraged about.

The last 24 hours seems to be;
  • Merseyrail telling people to get their steps in.
  • Emails for Everton way placements not arriving.
  • Budweiser being a crap beer for the new stadium.
  • Still some grumbles about Everton's ticket balloting.
What have you done, this thread will go nuclear!

Fuming over Budweiser, Fuming over Carling... what beer were fans hoping for exactly? Delirium? 😅

Honestly, if you won trophies for moaning, wed be World Champions for the 20th consecutive season.
Come on Budweiser is the ass end of all beers. But saying that, it is also the chosen beverage of our beloved national stadium. I was equally disappointed to discover this a couple of months ago.

What stadium within this country try do you go to, which serves better?

Man City sell asahi.

Everyone else sells Carlsberg, Carling, Brentford sold Grolsch when I went, which is worse.

You dont get premium lager in football stadiums because they charge premium prices for basement lager, to maximise profit.

Im chuffed with Camden, so all good here.
